![]() The rear seatpost was stuck, and after some effort, I discovered a bit of corrosion, making me think it might have started life in a humid climate, but I cleaned out of both seat tubes, and liberally sprayed them with WD-40, and greased the posts. She liked the feel better that way, but after a real ride, we'll see. But, we did do a little stationary test fitting, and that's why the stoker handlebars are turned over from stock. All I had around was one pair of track Campy knock-offs, so my stoker (wife) hasn't had the chance to ride with me yet. It came with Shimano clip in pedals, and I don't have shoes. I love the integrated "brifters" and the derailleur is super smooth. ![]() The pictures are almost right off the truck, and I have only ridden it by myself, although I was able to get 22.5mph on the flat in a short sprint. I just picked up this Burley Tandem, that I think is a 1998, based on the components it came with. ![]()
